InkReef integrates with Stripe for payments, QuickBooks for accounting, Google Calendar for scheduling, and S&S Activewear and SanMar for product catalogs. API access is available on Enterprise plans.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We never store credit card data — payments are processed securely through Stripe. We also support 2FA and passkey authentication.
Yes. You export your data from Printavo and import it here in a few guided steps — customers, quotes with their line items and pricing, orders with status, and payment records all come across, on any plan. Some things have no equivalent in InkReef and stay behind: Printavo custom fields, tasks and reminders, email history, production templates, and anything already deleted in Printavo. Status labels are mapped to the closest match and are worth a quick review afterwards. If your Printavo account includes API access, we can pull the data directly instead of via export. Professional and up also include CSV import/export. Want it done for you? Our $299 Printavo Migration service handles the import, remaps your workflow and finishes with a handoff call.
